Another Way to Die
The theme song for Bond film #22, which opens this week. And I still can't decide what I think about this song.
At first, I hated it terribly, but now my opinion is ambiguous. As songs go, it's not bad. As a Bond theme, I don't like it. Too much sound and not enough music, to my mind.

Without having heard it, I am sure that the scuttled Mark Ronson/Amy Winehouse Bond theme has to be better than this.
I didn't know they were writing one. I wonder if we'll ever get to hear it.
Maybe they'll play it at the end, like k.d. lang's theme song for TOMORROW NEVER DIES, that got booted to the end by Sheryl Crow's song.
