Anonymous is correct. That is Jack Jones. The other guy singing is Mel Tormé.
I recognized Mel Torme (who wouldn't?) but I didn't know the guy he was singing with. I'd never seen Jack Jones, though I remember his son from the theme song for Love Boat.
